RAYMOND A. MYER has been practicing construction law since 1983.  He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California in 1984, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California in 1987.  He was educated at Georgetown University, the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 1974), and the Southern California Institute of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1983).  He is a member of the State Bar of California.  He has served as Legal Counsel for the Ventura County Contractors Association since 1985.  He has been a member of the Associated General Contractors of California (AGCC) Legal Advisory Committee since 1985.  He has served on the AGCC Board of Directors for the Tri Counties District since 1995.  He was Chairman of the Board of Directors for the  Southern California Adoption Center from 1990 to 1994.  He is also a member of the Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association, the Santa Maria Valley Contractor’s Association and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association.

ARIANA A. VUGREK graduated from Seton Hall University School Of Law in 1997.  She is admitted to the State Bars of: New York, New Jersey, and California.  She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, Central District of California, Northern District of California, and Eastern District of California. Ms. Vugrek is a member of State Bar of California, Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Santa Barbara Women Lawyers, the Associated General Contractors Legal Advisory Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association.
